I originally was working with a stock template and knew that I needed something more if I wanted to get more followers to my site. So, I ended up on a page of a blog that I follow and loved her design. At the bottom, was the link to Avery's Designs site. So, I took a chance and clicked on it. I could not believe what I had in front of me! It was like a cache of greatness! She has so many premade designs to choose from. I started scrolling and then I saw it! She took my two favorite colors, the font I wanted, and a simple idea of what I was looking for and ran with it! She came back with magic!
I have been working in customer service for 16 years and I can say her customer service is unmatched! She never left me in the dark as to what was going on or what the next step was. She walked me through the whole process step by step. She made all the decisions mine. And let me tell you, she probably got 30 emails from me a day, but she never made me feel like I was bothering her. She even went as far as uploading my bookmark image into the website I am buying them from to show me what they were going to look like!
And here is the best part....she even uploaded all her greatness into my site! I never had to even look at CSS or whatever they call it! Who does that?! Avery Designs; that's who! So what are you waiting for?
Avery was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was patient with my requests and super fast with her installation- she delivered me a completely new blog overnight, and I still can't stop staring at it! Avery is a delight to work with! When I finally convinced Jennifer to co-blog with me, we needed a new design. At first we attempted to do it on our own. In theory it sounds pretty simple. There are plenty of sites out there that guide you through how to make a banner, etc. But that's the easy part. It's going through the thousands upon thousands of stock photos and choosing one to work with that's so time consuming. So, when I came across Avery's blog of premade designs I was thrilled. Jennifer and I picked out the ones we liked and contacted Avery to see if she could adjust one of them to make it work for a site with two bloggers. Let me tell you, she was on it right away.
I highly recommend checking out her site. If you are using a standard template, why not spice it up a bit and personalize it more. The designs are fun, original, and she's constantly updating with new packages. Everything you need to make your blog stand out is included, and if you need help uploading anything to your site, she does that too! So what are you waiting for?
